While we cannot vouch for the storage policies of your data by third parties that we must do business with to facilitate transactions with you, we make every reasonable effort to limit their long term storage of your data. Also, all personal computers used by WinningCalls.com utilize fully encrypted file systems, which means that should say a laptop be stolen its contents would be unreadable without entering the correct passwords and/or keys at reboot, or expending significant financial and computing resources to wage brute force attacks. All call origination servers used are owned and operated solely by WinningCalls.com and are hosted in biometrically secured data centers with 24/7 camera monitoring.

Here at WinningCalls.com we know how much it means to our customers that we show undivided support for their campaigns. That is why we have decided not to limit customers to a particular religion, race, creed, or political affiliation. Our technology is all encompassing and so is our company. It makes us at WinningCalls.com very happy that you have chosen us to be involved in the democratic process.
However, from time to time it may arise that political participants on different sides of the aisles may request the use of Winning Calls' services during the same local campaign. In this case, the second client will be disclosed to the first client, and only upon approval of the first client will business be conducted with the second client.
Legal Disclaimer for All Orders
A copy of the following is on the bottom half of every Winning Calls' order form and must be signed & returned to Winning Calls before any order or group of orders for the same client is processed. Authorized Contact ("Customer") requests Em Two Technologies LLC of Colorado operating under trade name Winning Calls ("Vendor") to place automated calls on Customer's behalf. Vendor is not responsible for the content of any distributed voice messages. Customer is responsible for recording voice messages that comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Vendor is not responsible for the list of telephone numbers to be called. Customer is responsible for providing all telephone numbers. Vendor will never place calls before 9AM or after 9PM in the Customer's local time zone. Customer is responsible for specifying any restrictions on calling during this time period, including notifying Vendor of prohibited call days, such as Sundays, and times, such as early morning or late evening. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vendor and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents and the assigns of same, from and against any and all loss, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses), claims, damages and liabilities related to or associated with Customer's use of Vendor's services, including but not limited to Customer's failure to ensure that telephone numbers, specified calling times and voice messages comply with all applicable laws. Customer also recognizes that not all phone numbers provided will be reachable owing to no answers, persistent busies, disconnections, etc., but that Vendor will attempt to contact each number paid for. Vendor will keep provided call lists and Customer information confidential and will only comply with government agencies through specific court orders or established statutes that comply with the United States Constitution. Information will be shared with third parties only so long as it is necessary to fulfill orders, ie. credit card numbers with the bank and phone numbers with the phone company. Customers agree that all sales are final. This Agreement is made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, and any state court in Denver, Colorado, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any claims or disputes against Vendor.
