LITE PLAN - Simple playback
- One attempt on each number (no retry on busy or no answer.)
- Caller ID & Virtual HQ is randomly set to one of our Colorado phone numbers.
BASIC PLAN - Enhanced playback **MOST POPULAR OFFERING**
- Three attempts on each number (retries on busy, no answer, etc., at different times of day or different days of the week), increasing answer rate by at least 5-10% over the LITE plan.
- CALLER ID CONTROL - Your choice to set Caller ID number to your office number or a Winning Calls Virtual HQ Call Back NumberSM in your major metropolitan area code. (We can't set Caller ID name - only local phone company can.)
POLLING PLAN - IVR Micro & Snapshot Polls / Voter Reg. Check / Ride to the Election / Yard Sign Requests
- Ask voters a question like "Press 1 if you support Rep. Sam," and we will email you the results in a spreadsheet listing each phone number and keypad response. We can ask as many questions as you like, and we can play back a different message to answering machines.
- For privacy, at your request, we can remove the phone number from your final results.
PATCH THRU PLAN - Mobilize distributed activists to lobby your bill into law
- Ask voters to "Press 1 to contact Rep. Sam now," and we will connect the call to the number you specify at the target rate you need, whether it be 10 patch thrus per day or 100 per hour - flexible!
