CALL PLAN ALITE: Robo Calls - Lite
The simplest option. You call the Winning Calls toll free number, enter your private Campaign Code password, record your message, email us the phone numbers to call, and we start robo-dialing. You can also choose - for no additional fee - when we start dialing, target times of day we should dial, and whether to play your message to answering machines only.
CALL PLAN A: Robo Calls - Basic with average 85%+ answers
Same as ALITE, but you can set the caller ID number. And to compensate for no answers, persistent busies, etc., each phone number you provide will be dialed at least three times; however, our pricing is based on the total number of phone numbers you provide and the length of your recorded message. CALL PLAN B: Robo Poll / Automated Polling / Micro Polls / IVR Polls / Push Polls / Voter Registration & Mail-In Requests / Ride to the Polls / Yard Sign Requests
Winning Calls adds automated polling capabilities to Call Plan A by allowing you to use your recorded message to ask questions of the voter. It could be as simple as asking one question, "press 1 if you need transportation to the polls, press 2 if you need to register to vote, press 3 to volunteer for the campaign." For multiple sequential questions, you'll simply need to record each one after the other using just one call to our toll free number. We can also create a branching logic in cases where you might want to ask specific follow up questions based on different responses. At the conclusion of the calling campaign, the poll results will be tallied in a detailed spreadsheet and emailed back to you. One popular extra option for this Call Plan includes "press 0" live transfers to campaign HQ.
CALL PLAN C: Individual Polling Place Announcement
Using Winning Calls' digital text-to-speech technology, we can announce the location of the polling place corresponding to the given dialed number either before or after your pre-recorded message play back. The only extra requirement is that you submit another column in the list of phone numbers - the address of the polling place.
CALL PLAN D: Reverse Voicemail℠ Gets Qualitative Feedback
Ideal for lobbying efforts and raising issue awareness, Winning Calls will place calls to each of your group's members, playback your message, and allow them to record a short statement after the beep in support or against particular bills. (It's just like leaving a message on an answering machine.) After all the calls are completed, we can call the legislator directly and play back these recorded comments en masse or put them on a CD for your distribution to the mass media.
